Disappointed- Incorrect item received 3 times
My first birthday as a mum - so got a personalised necklace I was looking forward to wearing.
On my birthday I opened it and it was not correct , I had ordered rose gold and it was silver , the initial was also not a capital ? And the DOB engraved was hardly noticeable.
Contacted them and received another order which was now rose gold with the darkened engraving but still not an initial E.
Contacting them again and received just the initial to put on the charm but I can’t get the old charm off as it doesn’t fit over the clasp, and the new initial charm the loop is massive and looks ridiculous.
To top it off they have asked me to send back the incorrect items they have sent when there isn’t a post office near me and I don’t have a printer for the label. Also didn’t receive an apology.
My birthday was now 2 weeks ago and I don’t have the necklace i wanted !!

I wouldn't give this company 0 stars. Purchased an item from them for the first time. Item clearly available. Just received an email from them saying that the item is not in stock. So disappointing. I advised them of this and they didn't even offer a 10% off another item. Would never buy from them again.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I order a personalised necklace with my babies name’s on it, so it had a lot of sentimental value. Without realising that I ordered a silver plated item. I haven’t taken this necklace off since Christmas and noticed a bit of discolouration on the chain. I emailed the customer service team to see if i had done something wrong/got a faulty item and Lucie helped me immensely. She explained the type of product that I ordered was the plated necklace and that they don’t recommend wearing constantly nor showering with it, which I had done. Totally my fault the chain was fading ? but she so very kindly offered to send me a replacement necklace and even upgraded the necklace to a solid silver one! Since I sent the email to when I received my new necklace was a totally of 58 hours! Amazing amazing amazing!! Thank you to Lucie and the team at Lisa Angel, you’re awesome!

Excellent service
Bought a personalised bracelet for my husband, unfortunately I got the wrong size and it was too big completely my fault. We emailed them explaining the situation and if there was anything that could be done seeing how it was personalised. They quickly responded and sent us a new one out, we received it 4 days later, in the correct size free of charge - still personalised. Not only is the product excellent quality but the customer service was outstanding. Will definitely recommend to others and use again in future.

Customer service is outstanding… postage is as quick as promised. Quality of products are fab and at such a reasonable price. I made the mistake of ordering from getting personal (thinking all were much the same) they could learn great customer service from Lisa Angel

Ordered a jewellery box for my mother's 100th birthday. The level of attentivenes, attention to detail and execution were exceptional. The article was created with care and dispatched promptly. I know my mother is going to love it - even more than I do. Wonderful.

Very pleased with my items and the service
I’ve bought from Lisa Angel before and been really pleased with the items. They make lovely gifts.
I’ve just ordered lots of items in the sale, and it’s the same great quality as usual, at a really good price. Items arrived very quickly and I liked the paper tape for packing, and the box was personalised and pretty too (appreciate this is also great advertising for LA).
Lots of nice little touches like the cloth bags for silver items and the jewellery boxes have these little ‘things’ to keep them fresh, rather than those nasty silica packets; I think they are degradeable too. Not so keen on the plastic pouches that the jewellery bags come in, but I think this would be with a view to keeping them in good condition whilst in storage; hopefully in time they will be recyclable.
Really pleased with my items, and the service and will absolutely be coming back for more.

I bought a pair of heart sterling silver earrings. They arrived today and the hearts are all scratched and the back that goes into you ear had browned over. Unhygienic and extremely disappointed.

Great Company
Ordered a personalised locket necklace. Although 1st one came without the picture inside, there was no hesitation in sending a replacement and the necklace is perfect. Will certainly order from here again. Excellent customer service also. Definitely recommended.

Can’t recommend Lisa Angel’s customer service highly enough. A mistake that was completely my fault was handled with professionalism and efficiency immediately by Rachael.
Will definitely be using Lisa Angel on a regular basis from now on, it’s very reassuring knowing how great their customer service is.

PRODUCTS:
They seem to be of great quality. Time will say if it is like so.
I thought the chains and pendant would be thicker and bigger (because of the photos) which isn't the case and so a bit disappointing... (They still look nice though)
I also got a little caresheet for a necklace I commanded which is really good!
For their size, it's a little pricy, for the quality and durability, as I pointed, time will say.
SERVICE:
I contacted them through another website at first and the exchange was really nice and clear. Thanks to them leading me to there website, I got what I wanted for a cheaper price and I got free delivery! (Thanks.)
Yet something did go wrong with the said delivery of my command which I letted them know by contacting them. They answered quickly and nicely, and after not even a week, the problem was solved! :)
CONCLUSION:
Good products, good service, I recommend.
